We currently have active social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and are planning to expand our efforts on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Our audience is diverse, but primarily made up of millennials and Gen Z with strong interests in wellness, design, and personal growth.
Project Objectives:
Increase social media engagement, follower count, and brand visibility.
Develop and execute a strategic digital marketing plan tailored to each platform.
Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
Set up and manage targeted advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor analytics, generate reports, and optimize efforts based on performance data.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies.
Identify relevant content pillars, themes, and post types for each platform.
Align content plans with upcoming product launches, events, or brand initiatives.
Content Creation & Scheduling
Create original social media content (graphics, captions, video snippets, carousels, etc.).
Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
Develop content calendars 2–4 weeks in advance for planning and review.
Audience Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Initiate meaningful interactions with followers and potential brand advocates.
Suggest strategies to increase community engagement and loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics across all platforms.
Produce monthly reports with analysis and recommendations.
Test and optimize content types, posting times, and campaign formats.
Paid Campaigns
Plan and execute Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
Segment and target audiences effectively to achieve campaign goals.
Continuously test creative, copy, and audiences to improve ROI.
Growth & Optimization
Identify opportunities for audience growth through influencers, collaborations, and trends.
Stay current with platform changes and emerging trends.
Recommend platform expansion or new content formats based on insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Strategist.
Deep understanding of all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X.
Strong visual and copywriting skills; comfortable working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Demonstrated success managing ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Able to work independently, communicate proactively, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content planning tools and CRM/social scheduling platforms.
Creative thinker who can adapt tone and strategy based on different brand needs.
Bonus: Experience in wellness, e-commerce, coaching, or lifestyle sectors.
Project Scope and Timeline:
We are looking to establish a long-term collaboration, starting with a 3-month trial engagement. The initial scope includes:
Strategy development (Month 1)
Daily or regular content posting across 3–4 platforms
Weekly check-ins or reports
Monthly performance review and strategy refinement
You will work closely with our internal marketing lead and content writer (when applicable), and we value open, collaborative communication. The time commitment is expected to be approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to expand.
Deliverables:
A detailed content calendar each month
A minimum number of posts/week (to be determined based on scope)
Monthly performance reports
At least one ad campaign setup and optimization per month (if included in scope)
Engagement benchmarks (to be discussed collaboratively)
Budget:
We are open to hourly or flat-rate pricing depending on your experience and the scope of work. Please submit your proposal with your preferred pricing model and availability.
