We currently have active social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and are planning to expand our efforts on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Our audience is diverse, but primarily made up of millennials and Gen Z with strong interests in wellness, design, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Strategist.
Deep understanding of all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X.
Strong visual and copywriting skills; comfortable working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Demonstrated success managing ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Able to work independently, communicate proactively, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content planning tools and CRM/social scheduling platforms.
Creative thinker who can adapt tone and strategy based on different brand needs.
Bonus: Experience in wellness, e-commerce, coaching, or lifestyle sectors.
Project Scope and Timeline:
We are looking to establish a long-term collaboration, starting with a 3-month trial engagement. The initial scope includes:
Strategy development (Month 1)
Daily or regular content posting across 3–4 platforms
Weekly check-ins or reports
Monthly performance review and strategy refinement
You will work closely with our internal marketing lead and content writer (when applicable), and we value open, collaborative communication. The time commitment is expected to be approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to expand.
